14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your BeamFlow subscription, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal payment, for any reason.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@beamflow.co within 14 days of your payment. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The date of the payment you would like refunded
Refund Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will process the refund through Paddle within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After a Refund
If a refund is issued, your access to paid features will be revoked immediately upon processing. Your account will revert to the free plan, and you will retain access to all free features including the health score scan.
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be honored. You may still cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
